It's first of December, jy and me have plan to go to his house to watch movie. So..i woke up early to do egg tart for him! loll i don't know did he say truly from his heart for saying the tart is nice or he don't want me to be upset for the yakk-keee egg tart! Anyways, dad said it was okay....and then mumy say okay, but too much butter, i agree tho..Gotta do better next time!
EGG TART RECIPE (BUTTER PASTRY)
- 140g butter (as if you think its too much butter, you can put lesser.)
- 1/2 of the egg
- 70g icing sugar
- 200g of plain flour
so....its like this! after putting everything into to the bowl to get ready for mixing it.
don't forget use gloves!
After mixing your butter pastry, it turns out like this. And get ready to put in refrigerator for 20mins to refrigerate it.
EGG FILLING
- 140g of sugar
- 300ml water
- 4eggs
- 80ml water
140g of sugar and 300ml of water is to be boiled so that sugar will dissolved quickly and let it cool down before you mix all the ingredients together.
egg filling is to be sift, so that it is smooth
eggs filling is to be pour into the tart tins.
200c for 15-20mins

As first, you can see is supa save curtain clip, i used to buy the curtain clips from their store, firstly because they are cheap la ofcourse, second it has so much to choose from, and third, i like to shop over there-.- gagaga. And then the next one is Nivea deodorant, i'm the kind of person who cannot live without deodorant because i believe that underarms are one of the reason why we got stinky so easily, especially when we sweat, and....it makes the hair smoother and lighter. And this is why....my deodorant is always run out of stock, so i must get them tomorrow! Third one, a brand new eyeshadow because mine is too old already=/ Asience's shampoo, makeup remover and also skinfood's cotton! k byeeeee......
